Game of Thrones Season 5 is Over!

Hey readers (and Game of Thrones fans),
Game of Thrones Season 5 concludes tonight. Are you caught up? There are plenty of plot threads that need resolution, I can’t see how the showrunners will be able to resolve them all in one hour. Perhaps they’ll prove me wrong.

To celebrate Game of Thrones, and to try to increase traffic on my site, I’m having a giveaway! All you have to do to enter is vote in this month’s poll. (The poll closes at the end of June 2015.) I’ll send one random winner a b&w caricature (via email) of the character who gets more votes.
There are so many fantastic characters on this show. One thing I love about Game of Thrones is that there are very few characters who are fully heroes or fully villains. Most fall into a gray area. However, two stand out as pure evil: Joffrey Baratheon and Ramsay Bolton. Both are bastards, literally and figuratively.
Spoilers aheaad, so if you haven’t seen the show, you might want to visit another page on my site.
King Joffrey is the bastard son of Jaime and Cersei Lannister, who happen to be siblings. (Ew.) His crimes include torturing prostitutes, starting a war by killing one of his critics, and committing several murders by royal decree. (He commits the murder that sets the whole show’s plot in motion, in fact.) He is stupid, spoiled, lazy, cowardly, and cruel. Possibly worst of all, he is unaware that he is any of these things and is deluded into thinking that his subjects love him. He embodies literally everything wrong with the ruling class.
But is he the most evil character on the show?
Ramsay Bolton was born Ramsay Snow, the bastard son of Roose Bolton, a despicable character in his own right. Like father, like son. (Times a hundred.) Ramsay’s crimes include torture, castration, rape, kidnapping, and murder. He’s smarter than Joffrey and not afraid to get his own hands dirty. On top of all this, he has an arrogant demeanor. When he smiles at you, it’s a sign of danger. He delights in flaying his victims and crushing them not only physically but also mentally.
So, is he worse than Joffrey?
Please vote here and make sure to include your email address so that if you win, I can send you your caricature. The poll is open from now until the end of June. If you like what you read here, tell your friends! I plan on doing a Tyrion Lannister caricature for my series soon; you can see all my previous work here.
