Old Music Tuesdays: Narcissus

Narcissus was a post-hardcore band from Ohio that was active in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Their first two records were more metal orientated, but their EP from 2001 called Becoming Leviathan incorporated more post-hardcore and straightforward rock elements. This is also the EP that got me hooked, and I used a couple of the ambient tracks in my college videos.
I’ve included it, in its entirety, below in the Grooveshark player. (This album was re-released a year later as a self-titled album with three extra songs. The new songs were excellent, but I prefer the flow of the EP without them.) Narcissus called it quits in 2003, but the guitarist formed a new band called Inhale/Exhale. Enjoy!
